The LHS cross country teams competed in the Conference 4A Region 3 cross country meet at Kate Barr Memorial Park in Huntsville.

The Lady Leopards finished third in the team standings, and are advancing to the State Meet for the sixth straight year. Jaylah Fish was second in the individual standings with a time of 11:49.

The Leopards ran a strong race as well placing tenth in the Regional Meet. 

The Lady Leopards will run in the State Meet on November 1 at 9:30 a.m. at Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock.
