Due to the heavy storms in our area bus routes may be impacted, or delayed this morning. Storms in the area have flooded some roadways, and there are trees down blocking some roads.

Buses may also run behind as drivers take extra time to complete their routes during the storms. For those driving to school, please exercise caution and give yourself extra time. We understand that students may arrive later than normal and will make adjustments accordingly. The safety of all LISD students is our top priority.

The school day is scheduled to be normal with storms expected to exit our area later this morning.

We will provide you with additional information if necessary.
