Possible Warning Signs
The student...
- Seems afraid of going to school and/or attendance drops.
- Changes route to and from school.
- Has unexplained cuts, bruises, and tears in clothing.
- Disconnects from people and isolates him or herself.
- Complains of physical ailments, loss of appetite, and /or inability to sleep.
- Appears sad, depressed, anxious, and moody.
